- Primero. ESTARSE A LO RESUELTO en la sentencia C-017/96 que declaró EXEQUIBLE el literal b) del artículo 22 de la Ley 4º de 1990, salvo la expresión "en única instancia", la cual fue declarada INEXEQUIBLE.
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLES:
- a) el literal c) del artículo 18 de la Ley 4º de 1990, salvo la expresión "en única instancia", la cual se declara INEXEQUIBLE;
- b) los literales a) y b) del artículo 19 de la Ley 4º de 1990, salvo las expresiones "en única instancia", las cuales se declaran INEXEQUIBLES;
- c) el literal a) y el parágrafo del artículo 20 de la Ley 4º de 1990, salvo las expresiones "en única instancia", las cuales se declaran INEXEQUIBLES;
- d) el literal a) y el parágrafo del artículo 21 de la Ley 4º de 1990, salvo las expresiones "en única instancia", las cuales se declaran INEXEQUIBLES.
- Tercero. Los efectos de las inexequibilidades declaradas en esta sentencia se extenderán únicamente a las sanciones disciplinarias que se impongan a partir de la notificación del presente fallo.
