- R E S U E L V E
- Declarar EXEQUIBLE el siguiente aparte del articulo 51 de la Ley 179 de 1994: "Los organos que son una seccion en el Presupuesto General de la Nacion, tendran la capacidad de contratar y comprometer a nombre de la persona juridica de la cual hagan parte, y ordenar el gasto en desarrollo de las apropiaciones incorporadas en la respectiva seccion, lo que constituye la autonomia presupuestal a que se refieren la Constitucion Politica y la ley".
