- En merito de lo expuesto, la Corte Constitucional,
- R E S U E L V E
- 1. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el enunciado "para ser presentado a la Direccion General de presupuesto, quien lo incorporara al respectivo proyecto de ley de presupuesto", contenido en el articulo 54 de la Ley 42 de 1993.
- 2. Declarar INEXEQUIBLE el enunciado "en ciencias economicas, contables, juridicas, financieras o de administracion", contenido en el articulo 59 de la Ley 42 de 1993.
