- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. Estarse a lo resuelto en la sentencia No. C-534 de 1993, en la cual se declaro la INEXEQUIBILIDAD de las expresiones "los auditores" y "las auditorias" contenidas en el inciso 2o. del articulo 4o. de la Ley 42 de 1993.
- Segunda.- Declarar INEXEQUIBLES las expresiones: "...las revisorias fiscales de las empresas publicas municipales...", del inciso 2o. del articulo 4o., y "...en ciencias economicas, juridicas, contables, de administracion o financieras..." del articulo 68, ambos de la Ley 42 de 1993.
