- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- RESUELVE
- Declarar EXEQUIBLE la expresion "y sera sujeto procesal" contenida en el articulo 126 de la Ley 600 de 2000, en el entendido en que, aun antes de la vinculacion mediante indagatoria o como persona ausente, el imputado tendra los mismos derechos del sujeto procesal, en lo que se refiere al ejercicio del derecho de defensa y la proteccion de sus derechos constitucionales.
