  1. Primero. Declárase INEXEQUIBLE la expresión "de derecho" contenida en el inciso
  2. segundo. del artículo 92 del Código Civil.
  3. Segundo. En los términos de esta sentencia decláranse EXEQUIBLES las siguientes normas del Código Civil: el inciso
  4. segundo. del artículo 214; el artículo 220; y el artículo 237.
  5. Tercero. Declárase EXEQUIBLE el artículo 6º de la ley 95 de 1890.
  6. Cuarto. Todas las normas legales que se refieran directa o indirectamente a la presunción establecida por el artículo 92 del Código Civil, se interpretarán teniendo en cuenta que ésta es una presunción simplemente legal, que admite prueba en contrario.
