Art. 214. Todas las tercerías que se introduzcan, coadyuvantes ó excluyentes, se acumularán aun cuando alguna ó algunas estuvieren definitivamente resueltas al tiempo que se introducen nuevas; acumulación que se ordena con el fin de que en la sentencia de prelación, ó en la de exclusión, se determinen los derechos de todos y cada uno de los tercenistas.
