- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida en el presente expediente por el Juzgado Doce Laboral del Circuito de Medellín el 10 de mayo de 2002.
- Segundo. INAPLICAR con base en el artículo 4 de la Constitución Política y para el caso concreto, el artículo 18 de la Resolución 5261 de 1994 del Ministerio de Salud, por la cual se establece el Manual de Intervenciones y Procedimientos del Plan Obligatorio de Salud.
- Tercero. ORDENAR a la E.P.S. SALUDCOOP, Seccional Medellín, que realice, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, la prueba neurosicológica ordenada por el médico tratante del señor BOLIVAR ESTRADA.
- Cuarto. La E.P.S. SALUDCOOP, podrá repetir los costos en que incurra en cumplimiento de este fallo, contra el FONDO DE SOLIDARIDAD Y GARANTIA, SUBCUENTA DE PROMOCION DE SALUD.
- Quinto. Líbrense por Secretaría General, las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
