- Primero. CONFIRMAR los fallos proferidos por el Juzgado 1º Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, el 21 de marzo de 2001, y por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Bogotá, el 6 de abril de 2001, dentro de la acción de tutela promovida por Cecilia Báez de Parrado en contra del Seguro Social.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Secretaría Distrital de Salud de Bogotá que aplique la encuesta SISBEN a la menor Yeimy Johanna Romero Parrado y a su familia, incluya la información dentro de la base de datos de ese sistema y, de acuerdo con el resultado obtenido, determine si tienen derecho a beneficiarse del régimen subsidiado de salud, todo lo cual no puede superar el término de dos (2) meses.
- Tercero. LÍBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
