- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Cuarto. Penal Municipal de Santa Marta - Magdalena, que denegó la acción de tutela instaurada por la señora Catalina Demeris Zuñiga en representación de su padre Ramón Zuñiga, contra Humana Vivir seccional Santa Marta.
- Segundo. DECLARAR la carencia actual de objeto, por existir un hecho superado.
- Tercero. REQUERIR al señor Ramón Zuñiga para que de manera inmediata con la colaboración de su hija, proceda a subsanar la situación irregular, respecto de su seguridad social en salud.
- Cuarta: Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
