Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 5 de mayo de 2004 por el Juzgado
Primero. (1) Penal Municipal de Barranquilla -Atlántico- y en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela para la protección de los derechos fundamentales a la vida digna y a la seguridad social en conexidad con el derecho al mínimo vital de la señora MONICA ORTEGA PALACIO.
Segundo. ORDENAR a SaludCoop EPS, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, proceda a pagar a la accionante el valor de la licencia de maternidad que le corresponde.
Tercero. Por Secretaría General líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
