  1. PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR parcialmente la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
  2. Segundo. Penal del Circuito de Valledupar, que concedio la accion de tutela de la referencia y ORDENAR que, en caso de no haberlo hecho, ASMET Salud ESS-ARS despliegue materialmente las actividades de coordinacion, en los terminos de la jurisprudencia de esta Corte, para asegurar que al senor Victor Laureano Buelvas Alvarez se le preste de manera eficaz y oportuna el servicio requerido por parte de la entidad con competencia para ello.
  3. SEGUNDO. Informar al senor Victor Laureano Buelvas Alvarez que, en su condicion de persona de tercera edad afectada de mal de Parkinson, tiene derecho a que las entidades que prestan servicios de salud con cargo a los recursos del subsidio a la oferta le atiendan de manera integral y oportuna, asi como a que ASMET Salud ESS-ARS despliegue actividades de acompanamiento dirigidas a coordinar la prestacion de los servicios por el hospital vinculado a la red publica que esta le indique de manera clara y especifica.
  4. TERCERO. Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
