- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Sexto. Laboral del Circuito de Medellin del catorce de febrero de dos mil y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela del derecho fundamental al libre desarrollo de la personalidad e igualdad del menor Camilo Sandoval Marin.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a las directivas del INEM "Jose Felix de Restrepo" que adopten todas las medidas necesarias para proceder a la reforma de la clausula reglamentaria relacionada con el corte de pelo de los menores, cuya inconstitucionalidad esta demostrada de conformidad con lo dicho en la presente sentencia.
- Tercero. Para los efectos del articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juez de origen hara las notificaciones y tomara las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
