- Primero. REVOCASE la sentencia de segunda instancia y en su lugar CONFIRMASE el fallo de primera instancia, proferido por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Ricaurte (Cund.).En consecuencia, CONCEDER la tutela reclamada en los terminos de esta sentencia, y PREVENIR a las Directivas del Colegio Departamental Nacionalizado de Ricaurte- para que en el futuro se abstenga de incurrir en las acciones que dieron merito a esta accion y se evite la vulneracion de los derechos constitucionales a la educacion y al libre desarrollo de la personalidad.
- Segundo. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
