- Primero. REVÓCASE la sentencia dictada por el Juzgado Treinta y ocho Penal Municipal de Medellín. En consecuencia, CONCEDER la tutela reclamada en los términos de esta sentencia, y PREVENIR a las Directivas del Liceo Manuel J. Betancur de San Antonio de Prado ubicado en la ciudad de Medellín - para que en el futuro se abstenga de incurrir en las acciones que dieron mérito a esta acción y se evite la vulneración de los derechos constitucionales a la educación y al libre desarrollo de la personalidad de los aquí demandantes.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a las Directivas del Liceo Manuel J. Betancur de San Antonio de Prado en la ciudad de Medellín que adopten las medidas necesarias para proceder a la reforma de las cláusulas reglamentarias cuya inconstitucionalidad se demostró en este fallo.
- Tercero. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
