PRIMERO. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas en el asunto de la referencia por el Juzgado
Primero. Promiscuo del Circuito de Arauca el tres (3) de agosto de mil novecientos noventa y cinco (1995) y por el Juzgado
Primero. Promiscuo Municipal de Arauca el veintidós (22) de junio del mismo año.
SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela reclamada en favor de los derechos constitucionales fundamentales al libre desarrollo de la personalidad, el derecho a la educación y al debido proceso de los peticionarios y, en consecuencia, PREVENIR al señor rector del Colegio Nacional Simón Bolívar de Arauca para que en el futuro se abstenga de incurrir en las acciones que dieron mérito para que se concediera la tutela y de aplicar sanciones disciplinarias por fuera de las condiciones y requisitos establecidos en la Constitución, la ley y el reglamento vigente.
TERCERO. LIBRENSE, por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
