- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado Treinta y tres Penal Municipal y por el Juzgado Treinta y cuatro Penal Municipal de Medellín, al decidir las acciones de tutela presentadas por Andrés Felipe Alvarez Cuervo y Jaime Andrés Arias Contreras, en contra del señor Sebastián Mena Palacios, rector del Liceo San Pablo.
- SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR esta providencia al Juzgado Treinta y tres Penal Municipal de Medellín y al Juzgado Treinta y cuatro Penal Municipal de la misma ciudad, para los efectos contemplados en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
