REVOCASE la sentencia revisada y en consecuencia, CONCEDER la tutela reclamada en los términos de esta sentencia, y PREVENIR a las Directivas del Colegio Departamental "Atanasio Girardot", de la ciudad de Girardot (Cundinamarca)- para que en el futuro se abstenga de incurrir en las acciones que dieron mérito a esta acción y evite tomar represalias contra el alumno que interpuso esta tutela.
