- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. Confirmar, por las razones anotadas, el fallo proferido por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla del 16 de mayo de 2000, mediante el cual se denegó la tutela de los derechos a la igualdad, a la dignidad humana y a un salario móvil y digno solicitada por Gualberto de la Hoz Mercado.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
