- PRIMERO. Revocar la sentencia de instancia proferida por el Juzgado
- Quinto. Civil Municipal de Barranquilla, el 26 de febrero de 2004, y en su lugar conceder la tutela al derecho fundamental al mínimo vital de Tulia Raquel Torres Viloria y de su menor hijo Javier Steven Torres Viloria.
- SEGUNDO. Ordenar a Coomeva EPS que, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de la presente providencia, reconozca y pague a Tulia Raquel Torres Viloria la licencia de maternidad a la que tiene derecho.
- TERCERO. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, los juzgados de origen harán las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
