Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Tribunal Superior de Cali, por medio del cual negó el amparo solicitado.
Segundo. CONCEDER el amparo solicitado y, en consecuencia, ordenar al I.S.S. Seccional Valle del Cauca, que dentro del término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, si no lo ha hecho ya, realice al señor JOSÉ ALIRIO CORREA, los exámenes que sean necesarios como procedimiento de diagnóstico de la afección que dio origen a la presente tutela.
Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista por el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
