- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala de Casación Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia del 29 de abril de 2002 que negó el amparo solicitado por la actora María del Carmen Ulloa de Sossa, y en su lugar TUTELAR el derecho a la salud en conexidad con el derecho a la vida en condiciones dignas de la peticionaria.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a CAPRECOM E.P.S, que autorice y entregue, de conformidad con las indicaciones que en el futuro adopte el médico tratante, el medicamento Sulfato de Glucosamina por 1.5 mg. a la accionante María Del Carmen Ulloa de Sossa. La E.P.S. deberá asumir los costos del medicamento y podrá repetir por los gastos adicionales en que incurra contra el Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía, subcuenta de promoción de la salud.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
