  1. Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 6 de noviembre de 2002 por el Juzgado
  2. Primero. de Familia de Valledupar, por las consideraciones aquí expuestas. En su lugar CONCEDER el amparo solicitado por el señor Marco Tulio Cabrera Bolívar para proteger sus derechos a la salud y a la vida en condiciones dignas.
  3. Segundo. ORDENAR a la Penitenciaria Nacional de Valledupar para que en un término de 48 horas autorice la atención médica por especialista en dermatología del señor Marco Tulio Cabrera Bolívar a fin de que se rinda un diagnóstico preciso de la enfermedad que padece y se le ordene el tratamiento médico o quirúrgico necesario para el restablecimiento de su salud, el cual deberá practicársele en un plazo no mayor de 30 días calendario.
  4. Tercero. ORDENAR que, por la Secretaría General de la Corporación, se compulsen copias de la totalidad del expediente y se remitan a la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de César, para los fines indicados en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
  5. Cuarto. ORDENAR que por Secretaria general, se libren las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
