- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo adoptado por el Juzgado
- Séptimo. Penal Municipal de Cartagena, Bolívar, el 3 de abril de 2001 en virtud de la acción de tutela presentada por el señor JOSÉ INÉS CASSERES REYES, pero por tratarse de un hecho superado.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que, por la Secretaría General de la Corporación, se compulsen copias de la totalidad del expediente y se remitan a la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Bolívar, para los fines indicados en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que por Secretaria general, se libren las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
