- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Valledupar en los expedientes T-606021, T-606022, T-606024 y T-606025, pero por las consideraciones aqui expuestas.
- Segundo. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Valledupar en el caso del expediente T-606026, y en su lugar NEGAR la tutela con base en las precisas consideraciones realizadas en esta sentencia.
- En el evento en que la orden impartida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Valledupar en sentencia del 20 de febrero de 2002,ya se hubiere cumplido, ello se tendra como un pago de lo debido por via judicial distinta a la que correspondia.
