- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Neiva, pero por las consideraciones aqui expuestas.
- Segundo. PREVENIR a CODELTAS Ltda. y a SOLSALUD E.P.S., que, para que no se incurra nuevamente en situaciones similares a la que dio origen a esta accion de tutela, se expongan con suma claridad a sus futuros afiliados todos los pasos a seguir para su correcta afiliacion, no solo indicando los documentos requeridos para tal fin, sino tambien indagando por los antecedentes de quienes se van a afilar, con los cuales puedan saber si son trabajadores dependientes o independientes, lo que permitira desarrollar correctamente las labores para las cuales fueron creadas
- Tercero. COMPULSAR copias del presente proceso y de esta decision a la Superintendencia de Economia Solidaria, a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud y al Ministerio del Trabajo y Seguridad Social para lo de su competencia.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
