- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Unico Civil Municipal de Gigante (Huila), por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela a la senora Olga Beatriz Solorzano Cardozo en representacion de su hijo, por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR al Juzgado Unico Civil Municipal de Gigante (Huila) que compruebe si el padre de la criatura senor Alcibiades Sanchez contribuyo al pago de la atencion medica durante el embarazo y en el momento del parto y si no lo hizo CONMINARLO al pago del 50% de la suma correspondiente, previa comprobacion del gasto.
- CUARTO. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, ENVIAR copia de esta Sentencia al Juzgado Unico Civil Municipal de Gigante (Huila), a la Personeria Municipal de Gigante (Huila), a la Consejeria Presidencial para la Juventud, Mujer y Familia, al Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar y al Defensor del Pueblo.
