REVOCAR el auto proferido por la Sala Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, el 4 de febrero de 2003, para rechazar la accion de tutela instaurada por Emilia Perez Uribe contra la Sala Civil de la misma Corporacion, y CONFIRMAR, por las consideraciones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, la sentencia proferida por la Sala Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, el 4 de diciembre de 2002, para negar la proteccion.
