- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Octavo. Civil del Circuito de Cali, el dia 15 de enero de 2004, en la que nego la tutela de los derechos fundamentales del menor Luis Fernando Velasco y, en consecuencia, CONFIRMAR PARCIALMENTE la sentencia del Juzgado
- Sexto. Civil Municipal de Cali.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a Calisalud A.R.S. que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas suministre los insumos solicitados para la atencion de los problemas de vejiga neurogenica que sufre el menor Luis Fernando Velasco. En el presente caso no procede recobro contra el Fosyga por cuanto dichos insumos hacen parte de la atencion integral de la insuficiencia renal a la que esta obligada la A.R.S. en el marco del Plan Obligatorio de Salud del Regimen Subsidiado.
- TERCERO. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
