Primero. CONFIRMAR la decision adoptada por el Juzgado Dieciocho Civil del Circuito de Bogota el dieciocho de marzo del 2003, que confirmo el fallo del Juzgado
Sexto. Civil Municipal de Bogota, del 13 de febrero del 2003, en el sentido de declarar improcedente el amparo constitucional invocado por el apoderado de los Senores San Tito Fuentes y Cesar Esteban Lazarte, por las razones expresadas en esta providencia.
Segundo. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
