Primero. CONFIRMAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia de Lorica y la Sala Civil-Familia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Monteria, el 8 de octubre de 2003 y el 4 de diciembre del mismo ano, respectivamente, dentro de la accion de tutela promovida por Ramon Francisco Martinez Vallejo contra el Fondo de Prevision Social del Congreso de la Republica.
Segundo. ORDENAR que por Secretaria General se de cumplimiento a lo previsto en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
