- R E S U E L V E
- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del cinco (5) de enero de dos mil uno (2001), proferida por el Juzgado Penal de Cimitarra, Santander.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela de su derecho fundamental al mínimo vital a la señora MARTHA LUCERO RINCON BECERRA y, en consecuencia, ORDENAR al Alcalde Municipal de Cimitarra, Santander, que, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contado a partir de la notificación de la presente sentencia, si no lo ha hecho, proceder a realizar las operaciones presupuestales necesarias para garantizar el pago de los salarios debidos a la peticionaria por concepto de su labor docente. Dichas gestiones no podrán exceder el término perentorio de tres meses.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
