- R E S U E L V E
- Primero. LEVANTAR la suspensión de términos ordenada mediante auto de julio veinticinco (25) de dos mil uno (2001).
- Segundo. REVOCAR la sentencia del 16 de mayo de 2001, adoptada por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil de Circuito de Ciénaga, Magdalena.
- Tercero. CONCEDER la tutela de su derecho fundamental al mínimo vital a la señora MIRNA GÓMEZ SILVA y, en consecuencia, ORDENAR al Alcalde Municipal de Ciénaga, Magdalena, que, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contado a partir de la notificación de la presente sentencia, si no lo ha hecho, proceder a realizar las operaciones presupuestales necesarias para garantizar el pago de los salarios debidos a la peticionaria por concepto de los sueldos adeudados de mayo a diciembre de 2000, las primas correspondientes al mismo año, y el salario del mes de enero de 2001. Dichas gestiones no podrán exceder el término perentorio de tres meses.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
