- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado Once Civil Municipal de Cartagena, el 27 de noviembre de 2000 y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la proteccion de los derechos fundamentales a la seguridad social y a la salud de los senores Victor Ibarra Torres y Victor Guerrero Martinez.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la E.P.S. CAFESALUD prestar los servicios medico asistenciales requeridos por los actores o sus beneficiarios, en aquellos casos de urgencia o de gravedad en donde peligre su vida o su integridad personal, sin perjuicio de que dicha entidad pueda repetir contra la entidad en liquidacion o en su defecto, contra el FOSYGA.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, librese la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
