Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por la Sala de Casación Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, el 7 de diciembre de 1999, mediante el cual se negó el amparo solicitado. En consecuencia, conceder la tutela al mínimo vital y seguridad social del señor Oscar Ceballos.
Segundo. ORDENAR a la empresa de Telecomunicaciones, Telecom que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, traslade a Caprecom el valor que le corresponde del bono pensional de Luz Marina Rubio Escobar.
Tercero. ORDENAR a la Caja de Previsión de las Comunicaciones, Caprecom que una vez Telecom apropie el valor que le corresponde para el pago de la prestación solicitada, emita de inmediato el bono respectivo y lo ponga a disposición de la Administradora de Fondos de Pensiones y Cesantías "PROTECCION".
Cuarto. Por Secretaría General, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
