- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Sexto. Laboral del Circuito de Barranquilla, mediante el cual se negó el amparo solicitado. En su lugar, se CONCEDE la tutela de los derechos al mínimo vital y a la seguridad social.
- En consecuencia, se ordena "Occidental de Colombia INC" que, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente sentencia, expida el bono pensional reclamado por el demandante.
- Segundo. DAR cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
