- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida en el proceso de la referencia por el Juzgado Veintisiete Civil Municipal de Cali y en su lugar CONCEDER la protección de los derechos fundamentales a la maternidad, la protección del recién nacido y al mínimo vital de la señora Azucena Gómez Urbano.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a COOMEVA E.P.S. que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a reconocer y a pagar a la accionante el valor de la licencia de maternidad que le corresponde, de conformidad con las razones expuestas en este fallo.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
