- Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Promiscuo del Circuito de Corozal, los días 11 y 12 de marzo de 1999, proferidos en segunda instancia, dentro de los procesos instaurados por CARLOS CATAÑO ROBLES y JUAN GABRIEL ACEVEDO MADERA, respectivamente, y mediante los cuales se negó el amparo solicitado.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR las decisiones de primera instancia, en las que se tuteló el derecho al trabajo en condiciones dignas y justas, dictadas por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Buenavista, el día 27 de enero de 1999, dentro de los citados procesos, con las anotaciones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta sentencia.
- Tercero. PREVENIR a la autoridad demandada para que se apreste a cumplir lo señalado en este fallo, so pena de incurrir en desacato, y para que en lo sucesivo no repita la omisión que dio origen a la presente acción.
- Cuarto. COMUNICAR esta providencia al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Buenavista para los fines previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
