- Primero. Confírmase la sentencia proferida por la Sala Laboral de la H. Corte Suprema de Justicia el día 20 de octubre de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994), pero no por las razones contenidas en ella, sino por las señaladas en la parte motiva de esta providencia; en consecuencia, confírmase la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Cali, el día veinte (20) de Septiembre de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994), por estar ajustada a derecho.
- Segundo. Comunicar la presente decisión para los efectos del artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
