- DECISION.
- Primero. Por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva y en la conclusión de esta fallo, CONFIRMAR la sentencia del 6 de agosto de 1992, proferida por la Corte Suprema de Justicia - Sala Penal- que denegó la tutela interpuesta por el Banco de la República contra las providencias de la Sala Laboral -Sección Primera- de esa Corporación, de fechas veintiuno (21) de mayo y veinticinco (25) de junio de mil novecientos noventa y dos (1992).
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por Secretaría se comunique esta providencia a la Corte Suprema de Justicia -Sala Penal-, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
