- Primero. Por las razones expuestas en este proveído, confirmar la sentencia de 21 de noviembre de 2001 del Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal del Circuito de Ibagué y la sentencia de 13 de febrero de 2002 de la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Ibagué, por las cuales se declaró y confirmó, respectivamente, la improcedencia de la demanda de tutela instaurada por ALVARO HERNÁNDEZ VÁSQUEZ contra la Universidad del Tolima en relación con los derechos al debido proceso y de habeas data.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
