- PRIMERO. REVOCAR los numerales 1º, 2º y 3º del fallo proferido por el Juez Civil del Circuito de Ocaña, el 3 de febrero de 1995, dentro de la acción de tutela instaurada por Manuel José Cabrales Aycardi y Federico Cabrales Aycardi. Queda sin efecto lo determinado en tal sentencia.
- SEGUNDO. Se declara improcedente la presente acción de tutela.
- TERCERO. Comuníquese, de inmediato, esta decisión a la Registraduría Especial del Estado Civil de Ocaña y a la Curia Diocesana de tal ciudad. Remitiéndoseles copia íntegra de esta sentencia.
- CUARTO. Para efecto del cumplimiento de lo señalado en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, comuníquese al Juez de primera instancia, para que haga las notificaciones respectivas y tome las medidas del caso.
- QUINTO. Envíese copia de esta sentencia al Defensor del Pueblo.
