- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia de segunda instancia proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Bogota, Sala Penal, en la tutela de la referencia, y, en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela por las razones ya expuestas.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que en el termino de cinco dias habiles, contados a partir de la notificacion del presente fallo, se cumplan las sentencias de la jurisdiccion ordinaria laboral que ordenaron el reintegro de QUERUBIN MUNOZ, NELSON FRANKY, NELSY JUDITH AREVALO RIOS, MARITZA AGUILERA RODRIGUEZ, LEONARDO BARRERO, ORLANDO GIL Y ARMANDO VALENCIA PENUELA, de acuerdo con lo expresado en la parte motiva del presente fallo.
- TERCERO. Por Secretaria se dara cumplimiento a lo ordenado en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
