CONFIRMAR la sentencia del 13 de julio de 1994 proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Quibdó -Chocó, Sala Dual Civil -Laboral, mediante la cual se revocó la sentencia del 2 de junio de 1994 proferida por el Juzgado Unico Laboral del Circuito de Quibdó y en su lugar se concedió la tutela impetrada.
