- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. CONFIRMAR en todas sus partes la Sentencia proferida el 13 de mayo de 1997 por el h. Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Santa Fe de Bogotá -Sala Civil-, en el proceso de tutela incoado por la señora Josefina Florez Enciso pero por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de este Fallo.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que, por la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, se comunique esta providencia en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
