- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del once (11) de junio de mil novecientos noventa y siete (1997), proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Soraca (Boyaca) dentro del expediente T-119241.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR el fallo del cuatro (4) de julio del ano en curso, dictado por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Tunja (Boyaca) dentro del expediente T-119242.
- Tercero. ACLARAR el numeral
- segundo. de la parte resolutiva del fallo de segunda instancia en el expediente 119242, en el sentido de que el servicio de agua para la escuela de Puente Hamaca, debe permitirlo el Comite de Suscriptores del Acueducto de la vereda de Otro Lado.
- Cuarto. ACLARAR el numeral
- tercero. de la parte resolutiva de dicho fallo, en el sentido de ordenar al Alcalde Municipal de Soraca que continue con las gestiones administrativas que ya debio iniciar, para que, en el improrrogable termino de tres (3) meses, contado a partir de la notificacion de esta providencia, consiga la terminacion total y puesta en funcionamiento del acueducto de la vereda de Puente Hamaca.
- Quinto. LIBRAR por Secretaria las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
