- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR por las razones expuestas, la sentencia proferida el siete (7) de abril de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994), por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Montería, mediante la cual se denegó la tutela instaurada por los ciudadanos NERYS PEREZ y Otros, en nombre de la Junta de Vivienda Comunitaria del Corregimiento de Mateogómez contra el Municipio de Cereté.
- SEGUNDA.- Solicitar al Alcalde del Municipio de Cereté, al igual que al Gobernador del Departamento de Córdova, para que a través de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Acueductos y Alcantarillados, adelanten a la mayor brevedad, en cumplimiento del deber constitucional que les asiste de propender al mejoramiento del bienestar general y de la calidad de vida de la población de Mateogómez, las obras tendientes a la prestación eficiente y adecuada del servicio público de acueducto en dicho Corregimiento.
- TERCERA: LIBRENSE por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
