- PRIMERO. Declarar INEXEQUIBLE el Paragrafo del articulo 7deg de la Ley 71 de 1988, "por la cual se expiden normas sobre pensiones y se dictan otras disposiciones".
- SEGUNDO. Segun lo expuesto en la parte motiva de esta sentencia, su efecto juridico se extiende al reconocimiento de los derechos pensionales adquiridos por las personas que hubieren cumplido con los requisitos previstos en el inciso 1o. del articulo 7o. de la ley 71 de 1988, esto es, por aportes hechos en cualquier tiempo y acumulados en una o varias entidades de prevision social oficial de cualquier orden, y en el Instituto de los Seguros Sociales, cuando cumplan el requisito de la edad.
