- Primero. REVOCASE la sentencia proferida el dos (2) de agosto de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993) por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Montería, mediante la cual se había revocado la del Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia de Lorica del 2 de julio del mismo año. Esta última, por tanto, queda en firme, pero el término que había otorgado a la sociedad demandada para su cumplimiento principiará a contarse a partir de la notificación del presente fallo.
- Segundo. REMITASE copia de esta sentencia al Presidente de la República para los fines previstos en el artículo 370 de la Constitución.
- Tercero. REMITASE copia de esta sentencia al Alcalde de Lorica para lo de su cargo.
- Cuarto. ADVIERTESE al representante legal de la compañía "ASLO S.A." que el incumplimiento de esta sentencia dará lugar a la aplicación de las sanciones previstas en los artículos 52 y 53 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Quinto. El Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia de Lorica vigilará el cumplimiento de lo ordenado en esta sentencia.
