- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. CONFIRMASE, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá, D.C., Sala Penal, de fecha dos (2) de marzo de mil novecientos noventa y dos (1992), por medio de la cual se confirmó el fallo del 11 de febrero del mismo año, emanado del Juzgado Veintiocho (28) de Instrucción Criminal, que denegó la tutela interpuesta por JOSE VICENTE MOLANO FERNANDEZ.
- Segundo. Líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines allí contemplados.
